Top 32 Canada's Health Research Priorities 2021

The government of Canada has 32 top priority areas of health-based research. Therefore, it is an excellent idea for those looking into starting a startup in the biotech or related industry to see where the government spends the most resources.

Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) - Creation of new antibiotics, especially that many bacteria are resistant to many medicines.

Canadian Epigenetics, Environment and Health Research Consortium (CEEHRC) - basic research to discover new ways to deal with DNA-related diseases.
