Top 10 Leadership Characteristics

I wish I knew about these leadership lessons when I was younger, it would helped me to develop the really useful skills to deal with people and hard situations. Though, late is better than never.

In order of priority, I believe the top leadership characteristics are (not necessary in order of priority):

1. Leadership through example
2. Ability to read and assess people
3. Ability to manage people expectations
4. Consistency in his actions
5. Ability to read the situation without bias
6. Ability to fight the right battles (not fighting every single one nor not fighing when it is needed)
7. Ability to connect to people and influence them
8. Focus on results
9. Ability to delegate
10. Ability to prioritize
